Viva Brazil is an award winning, authentic, Brazilian-style steakhouse in Liverpool. Everkool is contracted to provide servicing and maintenance to the 6 air conditioning and 16 refrigeration units within the restaurant.
As with every one of our Clients, we have a proven methodology to ensure we deliver a first-class and reliable service and are able to respond quickly to any urgent call-outs should any of the equipment develop a fault or a breakdown.
A fast response is essential for this Client, due to the nature of the business – equipment failure could damage the dining experience, the restaurant’s reputation and lead to substantial waste of foodstuff supplies.
The Servicing and Maintenance contract details the specification and precise nature of the works to be undertaken during each visit, together with the agreed service intervals. We maintain an electronic asset register on behalf of the Client, detailing make, model, serial numbers, full service history and the next scheduled service.
