Location: Northwest England
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As we continue to expand our service division, we are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems, including commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive breakdowns.
- Diagnose system faults quickly and accurately, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and complies with relevant health & safety regulations.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Liaise confidently with customers, providing clear updates and professional communication.
- Work closely with other engineers, service coordinators, and management to ensure smooth job delivery.
- Attend emergency call-outs when required (additional pay or rota system may apply).
Requirements
✅ Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer
✅ Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
✅ Valid CSCS Card (essential)
✅ F-Gas Qualification (essential)
✅ Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment
✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
✅ Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Good organisational skills and high attention to detail
