We have undertaken a number of one-off systems installations for, and on behalf of, the Client and have a number of servicing and maintenance contracts in place across their estate portfolio.
Our installations include air conditioning and heat recovery systems, air handling units and a variety of refrigeration solutions; our servicing and maintenance contracts cover each of the installations.
We have selected the work we have undertaken in the prestigious 30 James Street as a reference point.
30 James Street – ‘Home of the Titanic’
We were required to specify, supply & install new air conditioning and heat recovery systems (97 AC units & 6 fresh air extract systems) as part of a complex full refurbishment of the Grade II listed building into a 63-bed boutique hotel.
The installation, planned and project managed personally by Craig Greenwood, was delivered to the Client agreed specification, within the agreed timeframe and to the stipulated budget.
As a direct result of the Client’s satisfaction with the installation works, Everkool were awarded the contract to service and maintain the equipment – in addition to existing contracts with other Signature Living buildings.
